For in this manner God loved the world, that He gave His uniquely born Son that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have Eternal Life (John 3:16)There is one God.
yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom are all things, and we exist for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we exist through Him. (1 Corinthians 8:6, NAS)Light symbolizes the unity of God. White light is composed of the seven colors of the rainbow. God's love has unity and cannot be separated (Romans 8:35-39). God's love is symbolized by light. The Body of Christ, the Church, (a system) has unity (John 17:11, 21; Ephesians 4:4). Marriage is a system with unity. One flesh refers to the conjugal unity of Marriage (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4-6; Ephesians 5:31).
The number, 2001, is composed of single digit numerals, which signify God's unconditional production. That doesn't mean people will not be affected. It means the emphasis is on the unconditional work of God, which is serious business. The leading 2, for division, is the strategy for new millennium. The 1, for unity, represents God's unconditional production this year. All the events of human history in 2001 will relate to the theme of the number, 1, for unity. Another example of a single digit number will be the 3 in 2003, which stands for the Justice of the Holy Spirit and is usually a sign of suffering.
The most important meaning of the number, 1, is the Love of God. After the Army of Joshua crossed the Jordan and conquered the Promised Land, they had to rebuild what they had destroyed in war. There was peace because their enemies were dead, or too weak to fight. After winning the great strategic victory, the soldiers had to become civilians. They had to clear the land, plow, plant, and reap. They had to build cities and schools and establish government. They had to become a strong and prosperous Client Nation to God.
God gave them the grace to fulfill their destiny. The grace of God came from the Love of God. The Love of God allowed Israel to become one nation with 13 allotments for the thirteen tribes. The Love of God that allowed Israel to build a strong nation was a fulfillment of the Abrahamic Covenant. And the Love of God in the Promised Land was an example of the meaning of the number, 1.
The Love of God is symbolized by light. White light is composed of the seven colors of the rainbow, where each color represents a component of God's Love. The Love of God is not a color of the rainbow. The Love of God is the whole, or unity. All the components are always present with God because God is one and indivisible. God's Love is always Righteous. It is Eternal. It is always Just. It is always gracious and steadfast. It is always holy and separated from sin and evil.
Ephesians 4:4-6There is only one God, whether Old or New Covenant. There is only one true God, though there are many impostors. The Lord of Israel to whom Moses spoke was the same Lord Jesus Christ of the Church. The same Lord in whom Abraham believed is the Lord Jesus Christ who died on the Cross.
4 There is one Body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one confidence of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all.
“Hear, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the LORD is one (unique)! (Deuteronomy 6:4)
This
message is usually repeated in the worship services of the Jews.
The LORD of Israel is the tetragrammaton, JHWH, the four letter
designation for the name of God that was so sacred that the Hebrews substituted
the name, Adonai, for it. JHWH, which is translated
LORD or Jehovah, stands for one member of the Godhead. It usually
refers to God the Son, who is the same person under the Mosaic Law as the
Lord Jesus Christ, who died on the Cross. The Brazen Alter symbolizes
Christ, our Sacrifice, which is represented by the scarlet color in the
curtain of the Tabernacle
Gate and the red of the rainbow. The Ark
of the Covenant symbolizes Christ, our all and in all (Ephesians
1:22-23).
If the Jews and Palestinians today really worship the One God, there would be no division between them. The religions of Judaism and Islam do not worship the One God because the only way of Salvation is by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ.
“Do we not all have one father? Has not one God created us? Why do we deal treacherously each against his brother so as to profane the covenant of our fathers? (Malachi 2:10, NAS)
Genesis 1:3-5Light was created first because light came from the Heavenly Control Room to control all of creation. Light also represented God. It represented the unity and Righteousness of God. It represented the Justice of God. It represented God in the Appeal Trial of Satan. Darkness represented Satan. This is what the appeal trial was all about, i.e. whether God was right or Satan. So the creation of light and darkness was the beginning summary of the trial in pictorial format. The evening and morning of day one represented the beginning of time. The rotation of the earth is used to measure time in days, hours, minutes, and seconds. Before God started the earth rotating there was no night and day, and there was no time. The dinosaurs on prehistoric earth did not get their light from the Sun, and the earth did not rotate because their was no time.
3 Then God commanded, "Light come into being," and light was in existence. 4 God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness. 5 And God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day.
The light on Day 1 did not come from the Sun because the Sun did not appear until Day 4 (Genesis 1:14-19). The light came from God, from the Heavenly Control Room.
And this is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. (1 John 1:5, NAS)Day one of the re-creation of the earth has a similar meaning to the year 2001. Light, the symbol of unity, was the first issue on Day 1. God's light is unity. It cannot be divided by darkness. Now, the light also represents the Love of God. God demonstrated His Love for the world by revealing the foremost characteristic of Himself, His Love. The light was white, the symbol of God's Love. The white light was composed of the seven colors of the rainbow. Each color of the original rainbow represented a unique component of the Love of God.
God the Father is light.
Every good thing bestowed and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation, or shadow of turning. (James 1:17)The light enlightens believers.
and to bring to light what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God, who created all things; (Ephesians 3:9, NAS)The light exposes the darkness of Satan's thinking.
Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men’s hearts; and then each man’s praise will come to him from God. (1 Corinthians 4:5, NAS)
Again therefore Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world; he who follows Me shall not walk in the darkness, but shall have the light of life.” (John 8:12, NAS)The Lord Jesus Christ is the light of Eternal Life.
John 1:4-5The Word of God from the Lord Jesus Christ is light.
4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light is shining in the darkness, and the darkness did not overwhelm it.
Thy word is a lamp to my feet,
And a light to my path. (Psalm 119:105, NAS)
The
Lord Jesus Christ dwells in light. No one can see Him in an earthly
body.
who alone possesses immortality and dwells in unapproachable light; whom no man has seen or can see. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen. (1 Timothy 6:16, NAS)The Golden Lampstand in the Tabernacle represented Christ, our light.

It will be the first year of the 21st Century. But to call it the third millennium is too bold. The calendar should be reset upon entrance into the new age, which will begin with Aquarius about 2437 or the Millennium, whichever occurs first.
