The power blackout symbolized Divine Judgment of Political Babylon, and the scales symbolized Divine Judgment of the economy, like being weighed in the balance (Dan 5:27). The news conference in New York was also associated with Political Babylon, since Mayor Blumberg led the conference flanked by the Police Chief and an FBI agent. The three symbolized Cosmic, Political, and Ecumenical Babylon.
The power blackout in southern California and Arizona was triggered by a high voltage transmission line from Arizona to California that tripped out of service. The failure was apparently caused by human error at the North Gila Substation, northeast of Yuma, Arizona. The error caused the loss of a high voltage transmission line, which led to the automatic shutdown of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station in southern California. The combination knocked out power to southern California, including San Diego and north to Los Angeles.
The satellite weather image at the time of the President's speech contained some interesting signs. Hurricane Katie off the East coast appeared with an eye that was observing the Washington, DC area where the President was speaking. A goat over Florida appeared to be angrily attacking Hurricane Katia and another strange image below it. This was the same goat that tore into the hurricane during the GOP Presidential debate the night before. This corresponds to the confrontation between the beast and the prostitute in the Tribulation (Rev. 17:16).
The image of a large wolf appeared over the western US. A wolf symbolizes the Tribe of Benjamin, who ate the spoils of victory. This corresponds to those who are trying to eat up the prosperity of the nation.
The
Chart at the time of the power blackout contains an overturned Castle and
a Trumpet. A Castle is the domain of a king, who rules over loyal
subjects. This could be taken as the domain of President Obama or
the Arizona and California utility companies. An overturned Castle
symbolizes destruction of domain, such as the nation. The Trumpet
is the sign of a herald or broadcaster. The California power blackout
was the herald of President Obama's speech to Congress.
The Ascendant Sign was the Last Adam in Sagittarius, which symbolizes the victim of an attack. Sagittarius corresponds to Arizona. The Descendant Sign was the Red Planet in Gemini, which symbolizes bloody witnesses. Gemini corresponds to California. Thus, the East-West, Ascendant-Descendant corresponds to the transmission line failure in Arizona that caused the power blackout in California. The Last Adam in Sagittarius corresponds to the electrical worker in Arizona, who made the error that started the problem.
Midheaven was in Libra, for business or commerce, corresponding to the economy, which was the subject of the President's speech. And the Bottom of Heaven, IC, was in Aries, for the death of a leader. This could be Osama bin Laden, who was recently killed. Retaliation for his death was one of the reasons given for the threat of a terrorist attack on New York. Aries corresponds to New York.
The Sun was in Leo, which symbolizes the King of glory, or the President, and Leo corresponds to Washington, DC. The Morning Star in Leo symbolizes a herald, which corresponds to the Trumpet in the Chart and to the electrical blackout that was the herald of President Obama's speech. The Almighty God Planet was also in Aries, for a Commander, such as the President or the NY Police Chief.
The power blackout was caused by a transmission line failure in Arizona that was not properly isolated with built in safety. Arizona is in the region of Gad, which corresponds to a raiding band or terrorist attack. The terrorist attack on September 11, 2001 did, indeed, cause economic woes. After the President's speech, New York Mayor Blumberg announced a terrorist threat on New York or Washington, DC. The announcement with three people in parallel symbolized a breach of security from Cosmic, Political, and Ecumenical Babylon.
The three tropical storms in the Atlantic Basin formed an isosceles triangle that symbolized a pair of scales for weighing money in business. Thus, as President Obama outlined his solution to the economy, the weather angels proclaimed that God's Judgment of the Prostitute of Babylon caused the economic problems. The economic problems were the result of God's Judgment of the graft and corruption that made the governments fat from overly inflated and worthless securities. God Judged the Prostitute of Babylon, who is the devil's agent in charge of the world economy.
What has happened is a rare situation in world history in which Satan has been defeated. The Stock Market gambling and the tax revenue derived from overly inflated, worthless securities has suddenly fallen down. The Prostitute had her hand in everything from Churches to education to business. Those who have lived off the corruption of Jezebel are suddenly out of work. There's plenty of blame to go around, but there is only one solution. That is God's solution. And God will not be intimidated by liars and frauds.
