Hearings for five accused in the September 11, 2001 attack had resumed last week after being stopped in August when 177 people were evacuated due to Tropical Storm Isaac.

Chart at the time of Hurricane Sandy landfall contains a Plow, which was
slightly out of tolerance. A Plow symbolizes intense suffering, like
being plowed under. The Plow pointed to the Last Adam in Sagittarius,
for an enemy attack. Sagittarius corresponds to Iran, Saudi Arabia,
Pakistan, and Yemen. The USS Cole was bombed in Yemen in 2000, and
17 sailors were killed.
The Sun was in conjunction with the God of the Covenants and the Bottom of Heaven in Libra. The Sun in Libra symbolizes sovereign power. Today was October 25, for sovereignty. The God of the Covenants in Libra symbolizes Law. The problem with the terrorist trials at Guantanamo is that there is no valid law for international conflict. The rules are being made up as the trial proceeds. The Bottom of Heaven in Libra symbolizes execution, or capital punishment.
Midheaven was in Aries, for a notorious leader, such as al-Nashiri, who is accused of orchestrating the USS Cole bombing. Aries corresponds to New York, where the World Trade Center Twin Towers were destroyed in the September 11, 2001 attack.
The Almighty God Planet was in Taurus, for the ruler of the world, corresponding to Satan, who is running the Guantanamo terrorist trials.
There were two planets in Scorpius. The Red Planet symbolized bloody judgment, and the Savior Planet symbolized a Satanic attack. The bloody judgment occurred in the USS Cole bombing and the September 11, 2001 attack, and the Satanic attack is occurring in the Guantanamo trial.
The Moon and Redeemer Planet were in Aquarius. Aquarius corresponds to Florida, the port of Aden where the USS Cole was bombed, and to Guantanamo Bay. The Moon in Aquarius symbolizes a group of believers, or the Church, which is the only defense against Satan's attack on the judicial system. And the Redeemer in Aquarius symbolizes being redeemed from the flood associated with Hurricane Sandy.
At the time of landfall of Hurricane Sandy in Cuba, the Sun, God of the Covenants, and Bottom of Heaven were in conjunction in Libra. The God of the Covenants in Libra symbolizes Law. There is no legitimate international law to govern war crimes under the Divine Institution of Nationalism. Legitimate international law will not exist until the Millennium. In the mean time, Satan handles international law. The delay of the Guantanamo trials due to a tropical storm and a hurricane is due to the Divine punishment. God is opposing the Guantanamo trials of Satan. It has been 11 years since the Sept. 11, 2001 attack, and the terrorists (with the exception of bin Laden) have not been brought to justice.
