There have been 169 cases reported in the schools around Quakertown, Pennsylvania and additional cases reported in the Royersford area. Cases have also been reported in Queens, New York; Prince William County, Virginia; West Virginia; Ohio; Oregon; and Peninsula School District in Gig Harbor, Washington. More than 50 students and teachers had the rash in Gig Harbor, Washington. The cause of the rash has not been isolated, although some students showed signs of fifth virus from DNA tests. The rash does not appear to cause any adverse medical problems.
The rash began on January 31st, the day before Birdsboro school bus driver, Otto Nuss, was sent to prison for psychiatric evaluation. The picture of Richland Elementary (Photo 1) shows bluebirds on the welcome mat. Birds (house martins) were correlated to the saga of the wayward school buss driven by Nuss on January 24th. Most of the states surrounding Pennsylvania have reported the rash. A different kind of sickness hit a nearby New Jersey convention where a woman died of Neisseria meningitidis on February 10th.

Today the image of a dolphin appeared over Florida while elephants were over the northeastern and southeastern USA. A dolphin is a symbol of an angelic Commander and the resurrection. An elephant represents a demon Commander, such as Baal.
The rash epidemic in school children has now reached 7 states. The rash began the day before the Birdsboro bus driver, Otto Nuss, was sent to a federal prison for further testing because the psychiatrist could find nothing wrong with him. The rash epidemic in Pennsylvania is in the area around Birdsboro. Quakertown is 24 miles from Birdsboro and Royersford is 12 miles. The mats in front of Richland Elementary are decorated with bluebirds. House martins were used to explain the Birdsboro problem on January 24th.
Whereas, doctors have not yet isolated the cause of the rash, it is clearly correlated to the punishment of Otto Nuss, the Birdsboro bus driver. All sickness is punishment from God, and the rash is no different. The Lord separated Nuss out per the meaning of the year 2002, for divine division, or separation. Although he had broken no law because there was no criminal intent, Nuss was incarcerated and sent to prison without a trial by prosecutors and judges who don't understand the basis for law. Nuss proved there is no homeland security for school children, but the Director of Homeland Security hasn't seen the light. But God will defend Justice, and punish the guilty. That punishment is now falling on school children.
Today was February 15th, for God's covering. School children are being covered with red, itchy rash. And it was Day 46, for pregnancy, which includes the beginning of a project. The nation is now pregnant with a rash in school children.
