The ceremony was held in a soccer stadium before a crowd of 100,000 supporters. Since neither candidate received over 50 per cent of the votes, a runoff election had been scheduled, but Ravalomanana refused to agree to the runoff. He claimed fraud in the first election. Meanwhile, the existing government declared a state of emergency for three months, which will give the current President, Didier Ratsiraka, who is hoping to be re-elected, time to pass laws by decree and take control of the media.

Mail handlers found a suspicious package on the fourth floor of a US Army Reserve Command building at about 5:15 PM EST after most workers had gone home. Only seven, all civilians, were exposed to the substance. Conclusive tests to determine if the substance is anthrax will take 24 hours. Atlanta is located at 33 N., for the purifying Judgment of the Holy Spirit, and 84 W., for the weakness of the Church.

Savimbi, was born in 1934, which stands for the division of the land. Savimbi founded Unita, which has been waging a civil war for control of Angola since 1975 when Angola gained independence from Portugal. The civil war has killed more than 500,000 people. Angola is in the region of Africa that corresponds to Gad, the raiding band, or terrorists.

Today weather elephants were over the west coast and Florida. An elephant represents a demon Commander, such as Baal.
Links: Weather Links | Track |Tropical Cyclone Guillaume was off Madagascar in the south Indian Ocean. It is traveling southeast with 30 knot winds. It has formed the image of a sickle. Guillaume is French for William.
There is only one problem. Now there are two people claiming to be President, which makes a two-headed monster. There can be no authority with two heads. That's why God created man with only one head. The head of state must have only one head. A marriage must have only one head. The head represents authority, and two heads represent a challenge to authority.
The climax of the Presidential election saga was represented by Cyclone Guillaume, which was formed on February 16th (Day 47) and reached 120 knots on February 19-20. Today as Marc Ravalomanana was inaugurated, it dropped to 30 knots. The cyclone was like the symphony in the background reaching a crescendo of triple fortissimo. A cyclone represents rejection of the grace message of the pastor like the Right Woman who rejects the authority of her Right Man. The pastor is the head of the congregation like the President is the head of the country.
The track of Cyclone Guillaume formed the image of a sickle, which is used for reaping grain. When the sickle combines with the cyclone, or whirlwind, it refers to Hosea 8:7: "They sow to the wind and reap the whirlwind." The sickle reaped in Madagascar and Angola. The man who would be President was dead in Angola, and the man who would be President in Madagascar promoted himself. In his promotion, he thumbed his nose at the rule of law and the grace of God, who alone promotes. God does not provide two heads. Now, Madagascar is a two-headed monster thanks to the man who would be President.
The Madagascar mess has two precedents in history, the Palestinian demand for a state, and the 2000 Presidential election in the USA where the Florida showdown determined the outcome of the election. Both the Florida Presidential election and the Madagascar Presidential election are analogous to the Palestinian bid for a state in Israel. The rule of law narrowly prevailed in Florida to preserve the Republic. The opposition, and the winner, also, were crying foul, but the grace of God prevailed to pick the candidate of His choice and preserve the union. For those who wondered what would happen if Al Gore and the protesters led by Jesse Jackson had declared victory anyway, they can now watch the outcome in Madagascar.
In Angola, a similar situation ended today when the rebel leader of the Angolan civil war, Jonas Savimbi, was killed. He has been claiming to be President since 1975. Over 500,000 are dead because he would not accept the rule of law. Angola is in the region that corresponds to Gad, the raiding band, or terrorists. Savimbi was born in 1934, which stands for the division of the land and points directly to the Middle East peace process. The Middle East peace process is a farce and the work of the devil. The Palestinians are simply trying to be the head of the land themselves to produce a two-headed monster.
Today was February 22nd, for cursing. Under the Abrahamic Covenant those who curse Israel will be cursed. And it was Day 53, for a big fish or ship.
