March 27 (Day 86, Arab Persecution of the Jew):  A Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself up inside a hotel dining room and killed 19 Israelis and injured about 140.  The bombing occurred about 7:30 PM local time as about 250 Israelis were celebrating the Passover meal in the Park Hotel in Netanya.  The Hamas terrorist organization identified the bomber as Abdel-Basset Odeh, a member of its military wing, the Iz a Din al-Kassam Brigades, from the West Bank city of Tul Karm, which is 6 miles (10 kilometers) east of Netanya.  The terrorist has been on Israel's wanted list for 4 years.  Netanya is at 32 N., for a conspiracy, and 34 W., for the division of the land.

Arab Summit in Disarray

The opening of the much touted Arab Summit was in disarray as soon as it began.  Lebanese President Emile Lahoud blocked the televising of Arafat's summit speech from his West Bank office, and the Palestinian delegation walked out.  Arafat ordered them to return home, but they later decided to stay after the Lebanese agreed to air Arafat's speech tomorrow.  Prince Abdullah II of Jordan did not go to the summit for fear of an Hizbullah assassination conspiracy.  That meant 12 of the 22 national leaders did not show.

The Lebanese President said he refused to air Arafat's speech for fear the Sharon would seize the air waves and be beamed into the Summit.  Saudi Prince Abdullah presented his peace plan that had the backing of President Bush, but Syrian President Bashar al-Assad called for Arab states to back the Palestinian uprising and sever all ties with Israel.  Then the LORD struck down Saudi Prince Nawaf with a stroke.  And the United Arab Emirates downgraded its delegation in solidarity with the Palestinian walkout.  Even bin Laden sent an email urging disapproval of the Saudi peace plan.

Aftershocks hindered relief efforts in Afghanistan as avalanches blocked access roads.  The death toll from the Afghan earthquake of March 25th is now estimated to be 2,000 with 4,000 injured and 20,000 homeless.  The earthquake struck Afghanistan in the mountains north of Kabul.  The earthquake measured 6.1 according to USGS.  It struck at 1456/37 GMT, which is 7:26/37 PM local time, in the Hindu Kush region 100 miles north of Kabul at 35.97 N. and 69.18 E.  A 7.2 magnitude quake hit the same region on March 3rd.

Weather

No tornadoes were reported in the USA.  There were at least 8 hail and 7 wind damage reports in the USA.  The severe weather was associated with yesterday's weather elephant.

Today, the weather elephant from yesterday rolled over the eastern coast of Maine as it moved into the Atlantic.  An elephant represents a demon Commander, such as Baal.

Conclusion

The Lord arose to defend the Abrahamic Covenant today.  He left the opening of the Arab Summit in disarray.  Twelve of the 22 national leaders did not attend, and the Palestinians walked out when Arafat's speech was not televised at the Summit.  Then the Lord struck down Saudi Prince Nawaf with a stroke.  Although Saudi Prince Abdullah delivered his peace plan, which was backed by the Bush Administration, it had little chance of making an impact.  The huge elephant over eastern Maine and off the east coast represented the peace proposal that demanded Israeli retreat from the land it won from the Arabs.  The elephant was over Issachar, which represented Israel's retreat from the Promised Land. The Lord defended the Abrahamic Covenant and defeated the Arab summit and all those who backed it.

However, the worst punishment was reserved for Israel who was listening to Zinni.  Zinni's track record with the Arabs is the worst in history.  Every trip he makes, the death toll rises outrageously.  A suicide bomber blew himself up tonight in a Netanya hotel in the dining room during the Passover meal.  Netanya is at 32 N., for a conspiracy, and 34 E., for the division of the land.  This was related to the peace process, which offers land for peace and rejects the Sovereignty of God.  It was March 27th, for a horn, which represents intensified discipline.  And it was Day 86, for the Arab persecution of the Jew.  That began with Ishmael, the great...grandfather of the Arabs, and it is still going on today.  The Lord's punishment of Israel was far worse than his punishment of the Arabs.

President Bush, who has befriended Saudi Prince Abdullah, traveled to South Carolina and Georgia today for fund raising.  South Carolina is where the War Between the States began, and Georgia represents internal security over the land.  The President, who is a man of few words, barked into the wind with an appeal for Arafat to stop being himself.  Well, Arafat may be part of the problem, but he is definitely not part of the solution.  Terrorism is the punishment of the Second Cycle of Discipline for the nation that rejects Bible Doctrine.

The only solution is the divine solution;  the human solution is no solution.
