Links: | Washington Post | Text | (video) |June 24 (Day 175, Sovereignty): President Bush delivered his big Middle East policy speech on schedule on June 24th, for Baal, the bear, and Russia, and Day 175, for Sovereignty. The speech was polished by some of the best and brightest masters of double-talk and innuendo. Although Bush was bold and as forthright as he is capable of being, the speech was the equivalent of kicking a bear in the butt, or calling on a leopard to change his spots. Arafat hasn't lived up to Bush and Baal's expectations; therefore, Bush correctly deduced that Baal's vision of a Palestinian state cannot be achieved through Arafat's terrorism. Consequently, Bush deduced that the Palestinian Arabs must reform so they can live in peace with Israel. That's like telling the rattlesnake to be nice to the mice.
The angelic illustration of the Bush speech was a bear over Florida looking back at Texas. This is the picture of a bear walking away from a fight when someone backstabs him. The bear then wheels around to defend himself against the backstabber, and says, "You said what?"
Bush supported a Palestinian state living in peace with Israel. This is the Bush version of a false millennium. The Islamic version is peace on earth after annihilation of Jews and Christians. There will wars and rumors of wars until the Second Advent. Therefore, Bush should have taken sides, but he didn't. He chose the devil's version of sovereignty on June 24th, Day 175. Bush backed UN Resolutions 242 and 338, which are the work of Baal. He did not back Israel in the speech. He just castigated the "Palestinian authorities." He never used Arafat's name, which effectively adopted Sharon's decision 6 months ago to render Arafat a non-entity.
Bush closed with a quote from Deuteronomy 30:19 which is the choice between life and death. Yet Bush's whole speech indicated that he himself had rejected the previous verse, which described the curse upon Israel that would prevent conquering the Promised Land. In fact, he had rejected the entire context, but he got the right verse. This is indicative of apostate believers, who even when the Holy Spirit leads them to the right verse, don't understand it. Then in typical fashion of whoever is conjuring Bible verses for the President, only selected portions of verses were used. Furthermore, the next verse is a restatement of the Abrahamic Covenant, which Bush and his pro-Arab State Department have totally rejected.

This is a sign of the strategic failure of the believer who is afraid and retreats from the Spiritual Life (Hebrews 10:38-39).
Today, the image of a bear was over the southeastern Gulf coast and Florida. A bear represents Baal. A storm has been over Florida since June 10th.
A large bear looking back at Texas illustrated President Bush's speech, which was delivered on schedule in the Sovereign Design of God on June 24th, for Satan's strategic attack on Israel, and Day 175, for Sovereignty. Bush adopted Baal's strategy of a Palestinian state living side-by-side with Israel in peace. That won't happen until the true Millennium. Bush's speech lacked the recognition of the Laws of Establishment and freedom through military victory. It was, instead, the vision of Christian apostasy with a Texas twist. Texans are generally mad at the world, and when they stab you in the back, they twist it.
The Bush bear represented Baal. The apostasy in Bush's speech is a sign the nation is going down, but there is a silver lining. Bush's demand that the Arabs reform must have come from New York. The Arabs won't reform. They've enjoyed being lawless asses throughout history, and they're not likely to change because of the authoritarian demands of a westerner.
The train wreck in Tanzania illustrated the failure of the strategy of the Bush speech. The train rolled backward down a hill and derailed. This illustrates the Christian who retreats in fear from the Spiritual Life (Hebrews 10:38-39). Bush called upon Sharon to retreat from the battlefield again. And he demanded that Israel stop settling the Promised Land. Both demands are contrary to the teaching of Bible Doctrine. They are non-Christian, anti-Establishment, and in line with Baal's plan for taking the land from Israel. A Christian who never heard the story of the Promised Land is a real loser.
The Lord Jesus Christ controls history. Even the date of Bush's speech explained it. It was Satan's strategy (June 24) of rejection of the Abrahamic Covenant (Day 175). The Lord Jesus Christ is the true God. He made the covenant with Abraham. Those who wish to trust their fate to Lord of history must begin with faith in Jesus Christ the Savior, who paid for the sins of the world on the Cross. Salvation is available to Jew or Gentile, but it is only available through faith in Jesus Christ. There is no other Savior.
"Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved" (Acts 16:31). "Everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have Eternal Life" (John 3:16b).
