Black Muslim, John Allen Muhammad, 41, and John Lee Malvo, 17, were arrested. They were in a blue 1990 Chevrolet Caprice with New Jersey tag NDA 21Z. A .223 caliber Bushmaster rifle was also seized.
The break in the case came on October 17th when a tip, believed to be from the sniper, mentioned checking with Montgomery. On September 21st two women in an ABC liquor store in Montgomery were shot during a robbery and one of them was killed. A fingerprint of Malvo was left at the scene. Police did not understand the significance of the tip on October 17th, however, until October 18th, when a call was received by a Catholic priest from someone confessing to the sniper killings and the Montgomery killings.
The sniper was a former US Army soldier from Fort Lewis, who lived in Tacoma, Washington. He left Tacoma 9 months ago. FBI agents searched his Tacoma home and took a tree stump used for target practice as evidence. Tacoma is at 47 N., for peace, and 122 W., for cursing.
Ten people have been killed and 3 critically injured since the sniper attacks began on October 2nd. The references during the shooting spree to 10 times associated with the Church at Smyrna matched the number of people killed. These references occurred on October 8, 10, 17, and 18th (STS-112 Landing). The case was broken by the tips received on October 17th and 18th. In addition to all this, the sniper grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Hurricane Lili hit Louisiana on October 3rd.

One of the links to the sniper's arrest was his Tacoma home. Tacoma is at 47 N., for peace, and 122 W., for cursing. His cursing was associated with the road map to peace of the Bush Administration. Tacoma is in the region of Benjamin, which was linked yesterday to the Chechen Muslim terrorists who seized a Moscow theater. The sniper was captured on October 24th, for Satan's strategic attack on Israel. Today, US ASS (Assistant Secretary of State) William Burns secured the conditional backing of Israel for his road map to peace. He also presented the road map to the Palestinians at Jericho. The road map is an evil attack on the Abrahamic Covenant, which the Lord will defend.
Kenna became a major hurricane today in the Pacific off Mexico in the region of Ecumenical Babylon. It has 140 knot winds and is headed toward the mainland of Mexico. A tornado from one of its feeder bands hit Corpus Christi, Texas today and killed a man.
The Dow fell 176.93, for skill (76) and guilt (93). The guilty sniper, who was an expert marksman, was apprehended today. The Dow closed at 8,317.34, for a High Priest (83); lawlessness (17); and the division of the land (34). A 17-year old was arrested with the sniper. The cursing of the sniper was associated with the division of the land, which points to the Middle East peace process.
