The terrorist slipped by government security guards by cradling his rifle under his jacket like a baby. He entered a room where hospital director William E. Koehn was holding a meeting and shot Koehn and two others in the head. Then he went to the pharmacy and shot pharmacist Donald W. Caswell in the abdomen.
The hospital workers who where shot were all Americans. They were Southern Baptist missionaries, who were prohibited by the Yemeni government from presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Those killed were:
The terrorist, Abed Abdul Razak Kamel, 30, was apprehended by Yemini authorities. Yemen is the ancestral home of Osama bin Laden's family.

Dr. Martha C. Myers, 57, of Montgomery, Ala. had worked in Yemen for 24 years, where 24 is for Satan's strategic attack on Israel, and 57 is for Zebulun. Zebulun has been associated with the Palestinians at Gaza, who are the leaders of world terrorism in their attack on Israel. Both Montgomery and Arlington are at 32 N., for a conspiracy. Also killed was Kathleen A. Gariety, 53, of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The number, 53, is for a large fish, or ship. A fish represents evangelism, and US warships are headed to the Middle East.
