Barzan, 53, may be key to tracking down the Saddam's missing billions. Barzan, who had the same father as Saddam but a different mother, was head of Iraqi intelligence in the early 1980s and the former Iraqi ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva, where the CIA believes he helped launder billions of dollars for Saddam.

What the looters didn't take, they set loose by prying open the cages. However, they were afraid to loose the lions and tigers. The big cats are now languishing and left neglected and starving. A 20-year-old Siberian tiger and the personal property of Saddam Hussein’s eldest son, Uday, slumped against the bars of his cage, his beautiful coat now hanging off his bones. The zoo keeper has no money to feed the animals.

The scene on the weather map portrayed a horse-elephant combination that became an eagle over the Atlantic. An eagle was over the Great Lakes, and there was an elephant over Texas. An elephant represents a demon Commander, such as Baal, while an eagle represents a Throne Angel. A horse represents war and a phallic reversionist.
Barzan is 53, for a large fish or ship. Much of Iraq's wealth is from oil that is shipped out on tankers.
The image of a horse was over the Atlantic. A horse represents war and a male phallic reversionist. The horse later became an eagle, the symbol of a Throne Angel, which disciplines the Client Nation. The Atlantic is in the region of Political Babylon. The horse represented the Iraq War, and the eagle represents the judgment of Political Babylon which followed. Iraq is without authority, which only God can provide. After the war, Iraq has been left with the lawlessness of Political Babylon. The elephant over Texas represents a demon Commander, such as Baal. Texas is the home state of President Bush. Bush has destroyed the government of Iraq, which he had the power to do. However, he does not have the power to build a nation or to provide authority. Only God can do that.
The eagle over the Great Lakes is another reminder of divine punishment for US involvement in the Middle East peace process. The US is putting pressure on Israel to make concessions to the Palestinians prior to the release of the Road Map for Middle East peace, which has been promised as soon as the Palestinian Cabinet is approved. That could come by April 20th.
The animals languishing in the Baghdad zoo is a sign of the Fifth Cycle of Discipline. The people cannot afford their expensive pets. The tiger represents a demon Commander, such as Baal, and the lion represents Satan (1 Peter 5:8). The killing of fish with grenades is an example of the degeneracy of the people. One of the purposes of war is to annihilate an evil people. Bush did not attack Iraq to do that. He only intended to destroy an evil regime, which is not a legitimate reason for war. However, it does not appear that it was God's will in the first place to destroy the Iraqi people.
Today was April 17th, for lawlessness. Iraq is full of lawlessness. Today, US soldiers caught bank robbers in Baghdad trying to haul off several million dollars. And it was Day 107, for the completion of a category or categorical punishment.
