Links: | AP |June 14 (Day 165, Going Down): The 32-foot Taki Tooo fishing boat sank after being hit by a large wave a few hundred yards off the coast of Garibaldi, Oregon. Eleven of the 19 people onboard were believed killed. Two bodies are still missing. Of the 8 recovered alive, all except one were wearing life jackets. A local pastor, Earl Werneke Jr., 29, of Rockaway, pulled out three bodies from the surf and one young boy who was alive.
The word, Taki, is Japanese for waterfall. That is what happened to the Taki Tooo. The water of a wave fell on it. All except one of those who survived were wearing life jackets while none of the dead were wearing them. Not that it matters, because when your time comes to go, you go. But the problem is the embarrassment when giving your testimony in heaven. One of the first things they will want to know up there is how did you die. If you have to say, "I died without my life jacket, or I wasn't wearing my seat belt," it will be an embarrassing testimony.
The night before, the first tornado in the USA was near College Station, Texas at 30 N., for a priest, and 96 W., for the spoils of victory. Oregon is in the region of Benjamin, the ravenous wolf who ate the spoils of victory. Garibaldi, Oregon is named for Giuseppe Garibaldi (1807-1882), who was a fisherman, the son of a fisherman, and a liberator. He fought against the armies of the Pope and believed in the priesthood of the believer and not the Pope. His birthday is July 4, 1807. President Lincoln asked him to fight in the War Between the States but had to withdraw the request when it upset the Pope. That shows that Garibaldi knew more Bible Doctrine than Lincoln, and Garibaldi hardly knew enough to get in out of the rain. That does not speak highly of the man so admired as the liberator of slaves.
The Taki Tooo was hit by a wave and sank on Day 165, for going down. It sank in the Pacific, which means peace pact, or peace treaty, like the Road Map for peace. It sank on June 14th, for the passover, when God liberated Israel from Egypt. Eight souls were saved, where 8 represents the new birth, just as 8 souls were saved from the Noahic Flood (1 Peter 3:18-21).
and did not spare the ancient world, but preserved Noah, a preacher of righteousness, with seven others, when He brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly; (2 Peter 2:5, NAS)Last night, Roger Clemens won his 300th game. Noah's Ark was 300 cubits long, the number for Judgment.
who once were disobedient, when the patience of God kept waiting in the days of Noah, during the construction of the ark, in which a few, that is, eight persons, were brought safely through the water. (1 Peter 3:20, NAS)
The sinking of the boat by a wave also illustrates the immature, childish believer in reversionism, who is no match for the doctrines of demons (Ephesians 4:14). He is like a boat that is being slapped around by the waves, just like the Taki Tooo.
Those onboard the Taki Tooo were going fishing. A fish is the symbol of an evangelist, or bearer of good tidings, in general. Evangelist is from the Latin evangelium, from OE (gOd, good) + (spell, tale), or gospel. From ancient times messengers carried good news or bad news. Runners would bring news of the outcome of a battle or historical event. When the messenger brought good news, there was a celebration; but when the messenger brought bad news, he was sometimes killed. There are evangelists in the world, who have nothing to do with Christianity, but all Christians are supposed to be evangelists.
This weekend, the movie, "Finding Nemo," was #1 in sales. It is about clown fish, which are foolish fish. Fools are jokers like Nabal (1 Samuel 25:25), who have rejected Bible Doctrine and gone into reversionism. Clown fish are characters of the foolish doctrines of demons. They are attacks on the truth about evangelism, which is a fundamental tenet of the Christian faith and a basic element of Creation. Well, "Finding Nemo" upset the angels. So they delivered their own fish story. It was about 19 people who were aboard the Taki Tooo.
When the Lord Jesus Christ called Peter and Andrew, He said He would make them "fishers of men" (Matthew 4:18-19), which is another description of evangelists. When the Taki Tooo sank, a local pastor pulled the dead bodies from the ocean along with one child who was alive and wearing a life jacket. This was not a coincidence. This illustrated the principle that the Christian is supposed to be a fisher of men, an evangelist. Also, when people die the sin unto death, their pastor is given advanced warning that they will die, and he is the only one who can intercede for them (James 5:14-15).
Links: | AP |June 15 (Day 166, Worldliness): US military forces swooped into Iraqi homes in the dead of night in search of illegal heavy weapons. The Iraqis were given a period of grace to hand in their heavy weapons, but very few were turned in. During the operation last night men and women were rousted from their beds as soldiers searched from illegal weapons. After a three-hour operation in Fallujah, eight enemy leaders were taken into custody.
Today, the image of an elephant stretched from New York to Texas, and a horse was over Texas. A horse represents a male phallic reversionist and war. An elephant represents a demon Commander, such as Baal.
Eight people survived the sinking of the Taki Tooo fishing boat in Garibaldi, Oregon. Garibaldi is at 45 N., for victory over the stronghold, and 123 W., for a Spiritual uptrend. The boat went down on Day 165, for going down. It sank the day after Roger Clemens won his 300th game, where 300 stands for Judgment. Noah's Ark was 300 cubits long. Eight people survived the Flood in the Ark, where 8 represents the new birth. Last night in Fallujah, Iraq, eight enemy leaders were taken into custody. The problem in Iraq is no missionary activity. If there are no missionaries, there will be no freedom in Iraq.
Today was June 15th, for a covering. And it was Day 166, for worldliness.
