Today's flash flood caught residents by surprise and many had to be rescued by boat. Water blocked the road to the airport in Charleston, employees at a FedEx depot had to retreat to the roof. In addition to Charleston, the nearby communities of Pinch and Quick and Nicholas County to the east were also flooded. The floods came from 2 to 3 inches of rain between midnight and noon after the ground was already saturated from rain 10 of the last 15 days.
Charleston’s Spring Street Bridge also was shut down when a coal barge struck it. The bridge is being inspected. Charleston is at 38 N., for dying in the wilderness, and 81 W.
Yesterday, water broke through an abandoned mine and caused a massive mudslide that blocked Mate Creek and flooded Matewan near the Kentucky state line. About 20 families had to be evacuated.
There was also flooding around New Miami north of Cincinnati, Ohio, yesterday, where residents lost homes and had to be evacuated.
And lightning killed a 4-year old boy at a family reunion in Carlisle, Kentucky in Nicholas County on Saturday, June 14. Nicholas McConnaughey was standing under a tree with 5 others when lightning struck the tree. The boy, who lived with his mother, was the youngest of 5 children. The boy was said to always have $5 dollars with him for a new toy or candy. The boy died under a weather elephant. The number, 5, stands for a giant, such as Baal. Nicholas, which means victory of the people, was one of the counties flooded in West Virginia. Carlisle is directly west of Charleston, West Virginia.

Today, the same image of an elephant continued from Pennsylvania to Texas. Another weather elephant stretched from Wyoming to New Mexico. An elephant represents a demon Commander, such as Baal.
The signature of the floods in the Ohio River Valley, which includes West Virginia is that they were caused by the weather elephants that have hung over the region. An elephant represents a demon Commander, such as Baal. Two days ago a 4-year old boy was struck by lightning as he stood under a tree under the weather elephant. The number, 4, is for weakness. There were 4 podiums at the Aqaba Summit. The boy was under a tree, the symbol of a reversionist. He was the youngest of 5 children, where 5 is the number for a giant, such as Baal. The death of the child was the curse of Baal, the demon who sponsored the Aqaba Summit.
In today's flooding, people got on their roofs. The roof is a symbol of authority. The US-sponsored Road Map for peace is an authority counterattack. The flood waters in Charleston, West Virginia blocked the road to the airport as well as other roads in the area. A FedEx truck was washed off a bridge. Roads are no good if they are under water.
The sequence of events that led to the flooding was: June 13th - Roger Clemens wins 300th game, where 300 represents Judgment, such as the judgment of the Noahic Flood; June 14th - The Taki Tooo fishing boat sank in Oregon and left 8 survivors; June 15th - flooding in New Miami, Ohio; June 16th - flooding in Charleston, West Virginia.
Today was June 16th, for a sanctification. And it was Day 167, for giving of worldly possessions.
