Links: | AP | CNN | CBS | BBC News |July 26 (Day 207, Category): Lance Armstrong, 31, kept his lead in the Tour de France after finishing third today in pouring rain under a weather elephant. He finished Stage 19 with a 76 second overall lead after his chief opponent, Jan Ullrich, fell on the rain-slick road and finished 11 seconds behind. The number, 76, stands for skill, and today Lance kept the lead by skill in not falling on a rain-slick road. He is now all but assured his fifth Tour victory tomorrow in Paris, since the overall leader is traditionally not challenged in the final stage. And he will be only the fifth person to win five Tours since the race began in 1903.
The number, 5, stands for grace or a giant, such as Baal. Armstrong was engaged in a battle with Baal from the start this year. An athlete must first win mentally before he can win physically (Isaiah 40:31; Philippians 4:13), and Baal drags the soul into darkness. Prior to the beginning of the Tour, Armstrong had the stomach flu. He was involved in a mass wreck in Stage 1 and finished the stage on a teammate's bicycle #9. He barely avoided a wreck in Stage 9 when Joseba Beloki fell. And he recovered from a wreck in Stage 15 to win the stage. Armstrong preserved his lead today in driving rain under a weather elephant which represented the Baal counterattack.

The 6.2 magnitude (6.1 USGS) quake occurred at 0713/34 AM local time (2213/34 GMT) 20 miles (30 km) NNE of Sendai, Honshu, Japan. No deaths were reported, but over 400 were injured.
The earthquake was at 0713/34, where 13 represents the double blessing of Israel, and 34 is for the division of the land. It was at 38 N., for dying in the wilderness, and 140 E., for the passover. Japan is an island off the mainland region of Judah, for the military, and represents the first line of defense of a mainland nation.

It was a major victory for Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi, who survived a no-confidence vote and an 11th-hour filibuster against the legislation, which is not popular with the public. The vote was 136, for Ai, to 102, for divine division.
The image on the weather map was an elephant off the east coast of the USA with trunk through South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. An elephant represents a demon Commander, such as Baal.

Armstrong finished third today in Stage 19 under a driving rain from a weather elephant that represented Baal. Armstrong has been in a struggle with Baal to win the Tour. He is trying for his fifth win, where 5 represents a giant, such as Baal. The issue this year has been whether Lance can win by the grace of God or where Baal will empower a challenger to win.
A strong 6.2 magnitude earthquake struck Japan at 0713/34, where 13 represents the double blessing of Israel, and 34 is for the division of the land. Earthquakes represent the Judgment of Ecumenical Babylon. The Road Map for peace, which is a plan for dividing the land of Israel, is the doctrine of demons of Ecumenical Babylon. There were three strong earthquakes, which stand for the Justice of the Holy Spirit in 2003.
After the earthquake, the Japanese parliament voted to send troops to Iraq. It will be the first Japanese deployment to a war zone since World War II. The Japanese public is strongly opposed to this, and from the earthquake, it appears that so is God. The legislation passed today, July 26th, for Political Babylon. US foreign policy in conjunction with Great Britain has been symbolized by Political Babylon.
It was Day 207, for the completion of a category, or Categorical Punishment. Tropical Depression #7 made landfall in Georgia. And Armstrong maintained his lead after completing the category of stages in the Tour de France. He is in good position to win tomorrow on Day 208, for the new birth.
