It packed winds of 61 knots as it came ashore about 25.5 N., for Sovereignty, and 97.5 W., for a Reduction in Force (RIF). Damage from the storm was minimal with areas near the storm center receiving around 6 inches of rain. The clouds of the storm continued to produce the image of a horse. A horse symbolizes a male phallic reversionist and war.
Matamoros is Spanish for slayer of the Moors. The Moors were the Arab and Black Muslims who invaded Spain in 711 AD in a Jihad (Holy War) against Europe. It was one of the periodic attempts in history of the Muslims trying to destroy Christians and Jews and conquer the world. The rise in Islamic terrorism is a similar Jihad with the same purpose. Erika is the feminine form of Eric, which means ever ruler, a title like that of the Lord Jesus Christ in His fulfillment of the Davidic Covenant. The landfall of Tropical Storm Erika at Matamoros represents the slaying of the Arabs at the Second Advent by the Lord Jesus Christ.
In the meantime, Erika represents the war on terrorism. Erika appeared as a horse, which represents war.

During his speech, the series of electrical transmission line failures occurred along Lake Erie in Ohio that ended in blackout of the northeastern USA and Canada. The President's speech was from approximately 3:30 PM until 3:45 PM EDT. Ohio is in the region of Naphtali, the doe an symbol of peace, while California in the USA corresponds to the location of Israel in Asia. This links the Road Map for peace to Israel.
According to the North American Electric Reliability Council, failures of 3 transmission lines just south of Cleveland, Ohio led to the blackout. First, a 345-kilovolt line in Twinsburg, Ohio tripped offline at 3:06 PM. EDT. Then a sequence of failures followed: at 3:32 p.m. a Hanna-Juniper transmission line heats, sags into a tree, and trips; at 3:41 p.m. a Star-South Canton transmission line trips a breaker at a switching station; at 3:46 p.m. a Tidd-Canton control transmission line also trips; and at 4:06 p.m. FirstEnergy's Sammis-Star transmission line trips and reconnects. Two minutes later power swings in Canada and the US caused the great blackout. A power blackout represents the Judgment of Political Babylon.
Note the symbolism: Twinsburg means twin city, where a twin represents a witness, as in court. Hanna means grace, which precedes Judgment. And a Juniper is a tree, which is one of the symbols of the production of the Holy Spirit in 2003.
Erika, meaning ever ruler, represented the Lord Jesus Christ returning at the second advent to annihilate the Arab armies at Armageddon. Erika struck the land to the south of the Client Nation, which represents the Arabs in the land to the South (Edom) in the final battle. In the meantime, the landfall of Erika represents the war on terrorism, which is a war against the Muslim Jihad that seeks to kill the Christians and Jews to conquer the world. Bin Laden said this was the purpose of the Jihad.
Today was August 16th, for sanctification. And it was Day 228, for the cursing (22) of a cosmic stronghold (28).
