The epicenter was beneath the ocean 80 miles (135 km) SSW of Kushiro, Hokkaido, Japan. An after shock of Magnitude 7.0 struck at 6:08 AM. There were at least 278 injured, but no fatalities in the initial report. Later a 61-year old garbage man was killed when he was hit by a car while cleaning up debris. The quake and the aftershock forced the evacuation of 40,000 people. It was the strongest quake in Japan since one that was 8.1 on the Richter scale injured 436 in Hokkaido on Oct. 4, 1994.

An earthquake represents the Judgment of Ecumenical Babylon. The Road Map for peace is doctrine of demons from Ecumenical Babylon.
A fire ravaged a nursing home in Nashville, Tennessee late last night. Tennessee is in the region that represents the Levites and the Criminal Justice System. Israel has clamped a closure on the West Bank and Gaza for the Jewish New Year. The issue between Israel and the Palestinians is criminal justice, not peace. A weather elephant stretched over Florida, which has been associated with the Palestinian issue. And a weather elephant was over the Great Lakes, which is the region of Naphtali, the doe and symbol of peace. The Quartet of the US, Russia, the EU, and UN called for compliance with the Road Map for peace. The Quartet called for Israel to stop settlements and the Palestinians to fight terrorism. The Quartet has no authority to tell Israel anything.
