This includes tenders for 530 homes in Betar Illit, 50 in Ma'aleh Adumim, and 24 more in Ariel, an enclave of 18,000 near the West Bank city of Nablus. The US State Department, including Colin Powell, and the Palestinians immediately squawked about it. Although the Road Map for peace calls for no new Israeli settlement construction, Israel insists that the Road Map also calls for an end to Palestinian terrorism, which has not occurred.

Links: | Weather |Tropical Storm Larry was named last night at 8:00 PM EDT (0000 GMT) in the Bay of Campeche. It has 50 knot winds and has been basically stationary. The 11:00 AM advisory from the National Hurricane Center said, "NHC track guidance continues to resemble spokes on a wheel...another sign that Larry will go nowhere fast." The location on the north side of the Yucatan in the Bay of Campeche next to Mexico represents a saddle. Today it was at the tip of the nose of a giant crocodile (or alligator) that stretched through Florida.

Tropical Storm Larry was named last night in the Bay of Campeche, which symbolizes the saddle of the Yucatan. It is basically stationary and represents a person riding in the saddle. The projected tracks of Larry extended radially out like spokes of a wheel today. This is a sign that the storm represented a bike. Women who ride on the backs of bikes represent the Right Woman following the Right Man. A large crocodile extends from Larry across Florida. A crocodile represents a demon Commander, such as Baal. This also points to the evil counterattack of Baal of the Palestinians, who are currently forming a new government, which is sympathetic to the terrorists.
Hurricane Kate is in the Atlantic in the region of Political Babylon. Tropical Storm Nora is off the west coast of Mexico in the region of Ecumenical Babylon. And Tropical Cyclone Abaimba is in the Indian Ocean in the region of Cosmic Babylon. The storms in Ecumenical, Political, and Cosmic Babylon represent slavery to the Cosmic System.
