There was no wind, and the tree fell at precisely the right time and direction to strike the jogger. The body of Amber Dee Farrell, 27, was found by City workers who had been called to remove the tree. The roots of the tree were apparently rotten. It almost reached hurricane force, and an eye briefly appeared. Peter means little rock, or stone (Matthew 16:18). It was the first time since 1887 that two tropical storms formed in the Atlantic-Caribbean in December.
