February 24 (Day 55, Grace Blessing):   A strong earthquake devastated parts of the northern coast of Morocco.  The death toll is 564 and rising with 300 injured.  Most of the victims were likely women, children and the elderly because men in the region tend to emigrate to the Netherlands and Germany to work.  The 6.5 magnitude (6.4 USGS) quake struck at 2:27/46 AM, where 27 is for a horn and 46 is for pregnancy.  The epicenter was at 35 N., for rest from enemies, and 3 W., for the Justice of the Holy Spirit.  The quake destroyed rural communities near the coastal city of Al Hoceima, a tourist destination on the Mediterranean Sea.  Morocco is in the region of Africa that corresponds to Asher, royalty.

Jordan Against Fence at World Court

Jordan argued against Israel's security fence at the World Court in The Hague, Netherlands.  Jordan's fear is that the fence will drive refugees into Jordan.  Jordan was the first country to oppose the fence at the court following the Palestinian opposition during the first session yesterday.

Putin Fires PM and Cabinet

Russia's President Vladimir Putin has fired the Prime Minister and the Cabinet.  Two weeks ahead of elections, this will free his hand to form a new government.
 

Weather

No tornadoes and one waterspout were reported in the USA.  There was a waterspout at 8:15 AM EST (1315 GMT) in Ochlockonee Bay in Franklin County, Florida at 29 N., for victory over Edom, and 84 W., for the weakness of the Church.  There were at least 16 hail and 1 wind damage reports.   

The image on the weather map featured a whirlwind over Texas and weather elephants over Florida and the southeastern USA.  An elephant represents a demon Commander, such as Baal.  A whirlwind represents reaping what was sown under the Law of Volitional Responsibility (Hosea 8:7a).

Conclusion

A strong earthquake struck Morocco and killed hundreds.  The quake was centered at 35 N., for rest from enemies, and 3 W., for the Justice of the Holy Spirit.  Most of the men from the area that was hit have emigrated to the Netherlands or Germany to work.  The quake struck on February 24th, for Satan's strategic attack on Israel.  Morocco is in the region of Africa that corresponds to Asher, royalty.  Satan's strategic attack on Israel was at the World Court in the Netherlands where Jordan led the attack today against Israel's security fence.  The Netherlands in Europe is in the location of Asher just as is Morocco in Africa.  There is no justice at the World Court because there is no law against a nation building a fence on its own land.  Many nations have border fences.  An earthquake is the Judgment of Ecumenical Babylon, which corresponds to the absence of a law against security fences.

Jordan led the opposition to the fence today because Jordan fears that the fence will keep the Palestinians out of Israel and, consequently, they will go to Jordan.  Jordan doesn't want the Palestinians because they are worthless terrorists.  The Arabs want to keep the Palestinians in Israel.  Jordan also has a double-talking king, which corresponds to the sign of Asher, royalty, in Morocco and the Netherlands.

A waterspout was spotted in Franklin County, Florida, which is Florida County #59, for Simeon criminality.  Three bodies were found today in the sunken Lee III at the mouth of the Mississippi River in Louisiana in the region os Simeon.   There was a weather elephant over Florida along with tornadoes, strong wind, and rain.  Florida has been associated with the Palestinians at Gaza, who have taken the case of the Israeli fence to the World Court.  A whirlwind was over Texas, the home state of President Bush.  Bush's foreign policy opposes the World Court session on the Israeli fence, but it also opposes the fence.

This is Bible Doctrine.  An earthquake hit Morocco on the 24th, which points to Judgment due to Satan's strategic attack on Israel at the World Court in the Netherlands.  The Netherlands in Europe corresponds to the location of Morocco in Africa, which is in Asher.
