Two firefighters were killed when the church steeple collapsed on them at 12:13 PM. Twenty-seven others were injured as they fought the fire, which started about 8:45 AM as an Eastern Star prayer breakfast was beginning.
Killed were: Richard Stefanakis, 51, and Battalion Chief Charles Brace, 55. Brace started with the department in 1973, while Stefanakis began his career in 1972. The church at 2001 Wylie Avenue was built in 1873 as the Third Presbyterian Church and was purchased by its current owners in 1906. It was rebuilt after a fire gutted it Jan. 7, 1976. The name, Ebenezer, is Hebrew for the stone of help. It was the name of a memorial for the Lord's deliverance from the Philistines (1 Samuel 7:12).
Ashdod is at 31 N., for an evil king, and 34 E., for the division of the land. Ashdod, which means stronghold or palace, was one of the 5 major cities of the Philistines. When the Ark of the Covenant was captured at Ebenezer, it was taken by the Philistines to Ashdod. Eli's two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were killed in the battle, and Eli died when he heard the bad news. And Phinehas's wife gave birth to 'Ichabod, which means the glory has departed (1 Samuel 4:1-22). Twenty years later after Samuel taught Bible Doctrine, Israel defeated the Philistines, and Samuel named the city of Ebenezer in honor of the victory.
The weather map featured the image of a weather elephant that stretched from Texas and Louisiana to New York. Another elephant stretched from the Dakotas to Nevada. An elephant represents a demon Commander, such as Baal.
Ebenezer means the stone of help. It was named for the stone memorial commemorating Israel's victory over the Philistines after Samuel became the last Judge. Twenty years before at the location of Ebenezer, Israel had lost to the Philistines and also lost the Ark of the Covenant. The battle was at Ebenezer, even though it had not yet been named. The Philistines took the Ark from Ebenezer to Ashdod, which means stronghold, or castle. Ashdod was one of the 5 major cities of the Philistines, where 5 is for a giant, such as Baal. The High Priest, Eli, died upon hearing of the loss of the Ark of the Covenant. And Phinehas's wife gave birth to 'Ichabod, which means the glory has departed.
Two Palestinian terrorists bombed the Israeli port of Ashdod, which is at 31 N., for an evil king, and 34 E., for the division of the land. This points to Arafat as the evil king and the Road Map for peace, which calls for the division of the land. The terrorist attack succeeded in stopping Ariel Sharon's planned meeting with Palestinian Prime Minister Qureia. If only Samuel were alive today to tell Sharon how stupid it is to negotiate with terrorists. The Philistines were terrorists in Samuel's day. The victory over them was won by the Lord in the Battle of the Thunderstorm (1 Samuel 7:8-13).
Russian President Putin, 51, was re-elected. The number, 51, stands for arrogance. One of the Pittsburgh firefighters who died was 51. Putin should serve until he is 55. The other firefighter who died was 55, for grace in suffering. The Ebenezer fire was a five-alarm blaze, and the Manezh fire was ranked five, where 5 is for a giant, such as Baal. Russia is the land of Baal. Minutes after the polls closed, an historic building in Red Square burned, and two firefighters were killed. The building was just outside the Kremlin's western wall. The Kremlin represents a stronghold. The fire represented Fire Testing and the holocaust that Russia now faces from the evil Muslim terrorists.
The holocaust at Ebenezer Baptist Church was Fire Testing. Was any Bible Doctrine found there? The Ebenezer fire heralded the terrorist bombing in Ashdod and the burning of the Manezh building in Red Square after Putin was re-elected in a very undemocratic election. The link of Ebenezer to Ashdod (1 Samuel 5:1) was the darkest day of Israel when the glory of the Lord had departed. It took 20 years before Israel recovered Spiritually under the ministry of Samuel. Only when the Light returned to Israel was Philistine terrorism defeated.
Two firefighters were killed in the Ebenezer Baptist Church fire. Two firefighters were killed in the Manezh fire in Red Square. And two Palestinian terrorists bombed the Israeli port of Ashdod. The number, 2, stands for divine division.
The Ebenezer Baptist Church fire occurred at the beginning of an Eastern Star prayer breakfast. The Order of the Eastern Star is a secret society of Ecumenical Babylon that is under the power of the Prostitute of Babylon. The symbol of the organization is a pentagram, which is the symbol of a giant, such as Baal. The Order of the Eastern Star has no place in the Church.
