McCoy, 28, was taken without a struggle at the Budget Suites of America, 1500 Stardust Road. He was staying in Room 1038, where 38 is for dying in the wilderness.
Most of the shootings for which McCoy was wanted were along Interstate 270 in Columbus, Ohio. Gail Knisley, 62, died November 25, from one of the attacks. McCoy was ticketed for speeding May 26 (Memorial Day), over two weeks after the shootings began; and he was ticketed again November 4th.
The weather map over the USA today was all clear.

The number, 270, correlates with the Florida tornado at 27 N. The shootings began last May and coincided with Iraq sniping at US patrols in Iraq. McCoy's car with Ohio tag number, CGV7387, was seized. Here, 73 is for freedom, and 87 is for a donkey. A donkey represents Issachar, and corresponds to a military deployment or retreat. Sharon is proposing to retreat from the Promised Land, but today, the Likud Party refused to support the retreat from 17 West Bank settlements.
McCoy was 28, for a cosmic stronghold. Ohio is in the region of Cosmic Babylon in the region of Naphtali, the doe and symbol of peace. He practiced domestic terrorism just like the Palestinian backers of the peace plan and the Iraqi terrorists. Yet, the similarity has nothing to do with religion. McCoy was mentally ill. Mental illness affords an opportunity for demon influence. Baal was associated with both McCoy's shooting as well as Palestinian terrorism. McCoy was apprehended in Nevada, the region of the outcasts that correspond to the Fifth Cycle of Discipline. The trip from Ohio (peace) to Nevada (outcast) means Israel is being cast out of the Promised Land by the peace process.
A massive bomb blew up the Mount Lebanon hotel in Baghdad. Mount Lebanon was the high ground of the Hivites, who were left to test Israel and to teach the younger generation about war (Judges 3:1-8). However, Israel decided to make peace rather than war and wound up enslaved to the Prostitute of Babylon, who was empowered by Baal and Asheroth. Consequently, Israel was enslaved eight years by the king of Mesopotamia (Iraq). So, out of the carnage in Iraq comes the message that the Iraqi terrorists have been left to teach the US and Israel the importance of obeying the commandments of the LORD, Bible Doctrine, (Judges 3:4).
Now, the Prostitute of Babylon correlates to Las Vegas, which is known for monetary reversionism. The love of money is a root of all evil, and Prostitutes are lovers of money. McCoy went straight to Las Vegas, where he was caught on March 17th, for lawlessness, and Day 77, for Reverse Process Reversionism. When men won't kill the enemy or execute terrorists, it is because they are enslaved to the Prostitute of Babylon. Neither the US nor Israel has executed a single terrorist since 2001.
