The city of Utica, Illinois was devastated and 8 people were killed. All the deaths were in the Milestone Tap tavern where people had stopped after work. The dead ranged in age from 18 to 81. Hardest hit in Indiana was Jamestown where about a dozen structures were damaged and three to six people had minor injuries. One of the structures was the home of Keith Houk, 54. He was the third generation to live in the house. The garage blew across the street; and only one of his collection of 400 cast-iron skillets, which were inside the garage, has been found. And one of his 5 cats is missing.
A total of 52 tornadoes were reported in 5 states, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, and Oklahoma. The hardest hit regions of Illinois and Indiana are in the region of Naphtali, the doe and symbol of peace. The tornadoes were associated with the image of an eagle on the weather map. An eagle represents a Throne Angel, which administers the Fifth Cycle of Discipline to the Client Nation.
In Riyad, a terrorist homicide bomber exploded his car in front of a security police building, the General Security Building, formerly the headquarters of the Saudi Security Forces. The explosion was about 100 feet from the headquarters' gate around 2 PM. Five other vehicles with explosives were seized.

Docking of the Soyuz spacecraft (ISS Soyuz 8 / TMA-4) initiated a nine-day handover and science operation by a visiting European Space Agency researcher. Expedition 9 Commander Gennady Padalka and NASA ISS Science Officer Mike Fincke will spend the next six months on the Station. European Space Agency (ESA) Astronaut André Kuipers will conduct a 9-day research mission before returning April 30 with Expedition 8 Commander Mike Foale and Flight Engineer Alexander Kaleri. Today marked 186 days in space for Foale and Kaleri, and 184 days on the Station. The number, 9, stands for the plagues of Egypt; 186 is for the Arab persecution of the Jew; and 184 is for the weakness of the Church.
The Expedition 9 patch is one of NASA's most complex. It features a central cross, or "X". This is the symbol of the cross, which represents capital punishment, or the sin unto death. An eagle is superimposed on the cross with stars (pentagrams) along the leading edge of the wings. One of the stars is a hexagram, Star of David. The eagle represents a Throne Angel. In the cross-hairs, or fork, of the cross is the International Space Station. This represents the fate of Absalom who died when his head caught in the fork of a tree (2 Samuel 18:9). The Soyuz is represented as the droppings of the eagle. And the astronaut symbol, a horn through a ring, is made with a coiled snake. This is the symbol of Spiritual adultery, or a relationship with the Prostitute of Babylon.
The significance of the patch was further emphasized by the SPC plot of tornadoes and severe weather in the US, which matches the mirror image of the patch (ref. automation). There was an eagle portrayed on the SPC storm graphic and an eagle on the satellite photo (ref. top pictures). This amounts to a triple declaration of judgment from a Throne Angel.
The weather map over the USA today featured the image of an elephant over the eastern USA with trunk through Florida. An elephant represents a demon Commander, such as Baal.
In Jamestown, Indiana a garage containing 400 cast-iron skillets was blown away and only one skillet was found. The number, 400, which represents the production of weakness, was the number of men to who came to David at the Cave of Adullum as he began to rise to power against Saul (1 Samuel 22:1-2). This is associated with the meaning of the year, 2004. The Lord brings the right woman to the right man, the right congregation to the right pastor, and the right kingdom to the right king. Illinois and Indiana are in the region of Naphtali, the doe and symbol of peace.
Three separate images of eagles were revealed overnight. The image of an eagle over the Great Lakes was on the satellite weather map. An eagle was formed by severe weather reports on the SPC Storm graphic. And an eagle which matched the SPC Storm graphic appeared on the International Space Station Expedition 9 Mission patch. This was triple emphasis of the judgment of a Throne Angel, which is represented by an eagle. The eagle on the satellite map stretched from New York to North Dakota in the region of Dan, the symbol of the federal judiciary. This corresponded to the appointment of the tribunal to try Saddam Hussein in Iraq.
The tornado swarm that killed 8 people and the Expedition 9 launch heralded major terrorist bombings of police stations in Basra and Az Zubayr in southern Iraq and in the Saudi capital of Riyad. These locations are almost exactly 400 miles apart. A total of 5 police stations and academies were bombed in Iraq, and a security police building was bombed in Riyad, Saudi Arabia. The number, 5, stands for a giant, such as Baal. The Expedition 9 Mission was launched from Russia, which is the region of Baal. Police protect the internal gates of the nation, while the military protects the external gates. Terrorists don't attack the military. They attack the people in a nation, including the police. Only police agencies can stop terrorists.
Basra is at 30 N., for a priest and 47 E., for peace. Basra has been one of the more peaceful regions of Iraq. Al-Qa'eda is trying to stir up Shiite animosity toward the US coalition in Iraq. The eagle over the norther US and Great Lakes in the region of Naphtali destroyed the peace here and abroad. Riyad is at 24 N., for Satan's strategic attack on Israel, and 46 E., for pregnancy. The eagle across the northern US represented a major attack upon the nation. The eagle heralded the tornado deaths and destruction in the US and the terrorist bomging abroad. The US and its allies are being cursed for supporting the peace process in Israel and in Iraq. God has a monopoly on peace.
The tornadoes struck on April 20, for the external gates of the military, and Day 111, for the witness of truth, or Bible Doctrine. They heralded the police bombings on April 21, for providential Preventative Suffering, and Day 112, for the witness of authority.
