A tornado destroyed Parsons Manufacturing Co., a large equipment manufacturing plant, along with some homes and barns in Roanoke, Illinois. In Kentucky, 254,000 homes and businesses lost power, including 115,000 in the Louisville area, the most there since 1974. Power blackouts represent the Judgment of Political Babylon.
The weather angels left the image of an F-16 jet fighter over Tennessee in the SPC Storm plot of the severe weather. Tennessee represents the internal gates of the criminal justice system. An F-16 is a military aircraft, which would normally be associated with the external gates of the nation, but, over Tennessee, the plane represented a National Guard patrol of the homeland. A tornado in Wyoming provided the clue to unlock the puzzle. President Bush was formerly a National Guard fighter jet pilot, and Wyoming is the home state of Vice President Cheney. Calling out the National Guard to protect the homeland, which happened in the aftermath of September 11, 2001, is a sign of the Fourth Cycle of Discipline (Leviticus 26:23-26). President Bush, a National Guard fighter pilot, has fulfilled his royal destiny in becoming the President who started Homeland Security due to the threat of the Fourth Cycle of Discipline. The weather angels delivered the sign of the Fourth Cycle of Discipline in 2004.
Eight tornadoes were reported in Illinois at 89 W., for an authority counterattack. All except one of the Illinois tornadoes were at 40 N., for maximum divine discipline. All except two of the Illinois tornadoes were in Woodford County. A tornado was reported in Clarks Mill, Wisconsin at 44 N., for suffering, and 87 W., for a donkey. And a tornado was reported in Wright Wyoming at 43 N., for fulfillment, and 105 W., for a giant, such as Baal.

The Illinois tornadoes were at 89 W., for an authority counterattack. Today, the Senate tried to pass a gay marriage amendment to the constitution, but the measure failed. This was an authority counterattack. God administers the laws of Marriage, not the government (Hebrews 13:4).
The Governor of Nineveh Province around Mosul, Iraq was assassinated. Nineveh was the home of the Assyrian terrorist enemies of Israel who administered the Fourth and Fifth Cycles of Discipline to the Northern Kingdom. Nineveh was also the city that Jonah evangelized. Mosul is at 43 E., for fulfillment. President Bush, who liberated Iraq, is the 43rd President of the US.
