August 3 (Day 216, Sanctification):  The eye of Hurricane Alex crossed Cape Hatteras, North Carolina about 1:00 PM EDT (1700 GMT).  Although the storm was packing 85 knot winds on the southeastern quadrant, the strong winds never reached shore.  Landfall was at 35 N., for rest from enemies, and 75 W., for Sovereignty.  The storm formed the image of a horse, which symbolizes war and a male phallic reversionist.

The name, Alex, means defender of men.  Alex, the first Atlantic tropical storm of the year, formed on August 1 and then became the first Atlantic hurricane of the year.  It hit Cape Hatteras, which is the point of North Carolina, the region that corresponds to military leadership.

The Abu Ghraib prison abuse hearing for Pfc. Lynndie England began at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.  England, 21, from Fort Ashby, West Virginia, is nearly seven months pregnant.  The military Article 32 hearing is the equivalent of a civilian grand jury.

Weather

Two tornadoes and two waterspouts were reported in the USA.  The first tornado was 8 miles west northwest of Parksville, Tennessee at 35 N., for rest from enemies, and 84 W., for the weakness of the church.  The second tornado was 15 miles northeast of Gordon, Nebraska at 42 N., for Baal, the bear, and Russia, and 101 W., for unity.  The waterspouts were in the Florida Keys tonight after 6:00 PM at 24 N., for Satan's strategic attack on Israel, and 81 W., for a grace counterattack.  There were at least 56 hail and 64 wind damage reports.

Conclusion

The first tornado was in Tennessee at 35 N., for rest from enemies, and 84 W., for the weakness of the church.  Tennessee represents the internal gates of the criminal justice system.  Pfc. This is Bible Doctrine.   Hurricane Alex, the first Atlantic hurricane of the season, hit North Carolina on the day the hearing for Pfc. England began in the Abu Ghraib prison abuse scandal.  The Iraq War and the prison abuse scandal are associated with the Prostitute of Babylon in Spiritual Warfare.  The beginning of Pfc. England's hearing was so significant that a weather angel was sent to point it out with a hurricane.
