Olmert in his speech to the Knesset said, "a division of the land, with the goal of ensuring a Jewish majority, is Zionism's lifeline." His goal is to divide the land of Israel between Jews and Arabs (Palestinians) because he considers Israel to weak to obey the Torah. The new government was approved by a vote of 65-49, where 65 is for going down, and 49 is for the time before Pentecost or the Church. The approval came on May 4, for weakness, and Day 124, for Satan's strategic attack on Israel. There are 25 members in the cabinet, where 25 is for Sovereignty.
A glitch in the swearing-in ceremony occurred when the pens for the ministers to use in signing their oaths failed to write. The ministers could not sign their oaths until pens were found that would write.
Later in the day, a ram appeared over the Mississippi. A ram represents a leader of the flock, either the Church or Israel. In the Star Gospel, Aires, the Ram, symbolizes Christ as the Conqueror Commander-in-Chief with the resurrected Church in Heaven during the Tribulation prior to the Second Advent. The ram over the Mississippi represents the crossing of the Jordan, which also symbolizes the Second Advent.

Olmert has been chosen as the leader of Israel. However, a ram crossing the Mississippi symbolizes the crossing of the Jordan and the future Second Advent. The Lord Jesus Christ is the real leader of both the Church and Israel. At the swearing-in ceremony, the pens wouldn't write and the ministers couldn't ratify their contracts. That was just a symbol that Satan's strategy contains flaws. The Abrahamic Covenant has no flaws. The Lord ratified it. It is unconditional.
