Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue Lieutenant Rafael (Ray) Vazquez, 42, was shot in the back and killed. He had gone back to exchange a free toy for his 4-year old son. The gunman was identified as Alburn Edward Blake, 60, of West Palm Beach. The Wendy's Restaurant was at the intersection of Cherry Road and Military Trail. The shooting occurred at 12:18 PM EST (1718 GMT). Blake was born Sept. 3, 1947 in Jamaica.
The victim, Rafael Vazquez, was 42, for Baal. He and his wife have 5 children, and 5 people were shot by the gunman, where 5 stands for a giant, such as Baal. It was March 3, for the Judgment of the Holy Spirit in suffering, and Day 63, for an outcast, a symbol of the Fifth Cycle of Discipline.
